DONNA LANGE, M.C., provides coaching, training, and consulting for professionals who want to improve their personal and professional success. Donna’s diverse professional background, which has included military service, corporate leadership, technical training and support, customer service, non-profit, and small business coaching, has prepared her to serve professionals at all levels of the organization. She has 20 years of experience working with groups and individuals providing program development, training, public presentations, and coaching.

In addition to working with Speak for Success, Donna is affiliated with Atkinson Insurance and College-Bound San Diego. She is the founding principal of Steppingstone Pathways, a coaching and training company providing success coaching for individuals and families and training and consulting for individuals and organizations. Donna’s public workshop, The Journey to You’topia helps participants learn to create success in all areas of their lives by first working on their relationship with self.

Donna’s approach is insightful, straightforward, and solution-focused and she brings both her sense of humor and caring nature to all of her assignments.  With a proven track record of impacting others in both tangible and intangible ways, she has helped individuals and organizations build and sustain positive relationships, learn effective communication skills, manage conflict, build powerful work teams, and create balance between work and home.

A native of Houston, Texas, Donna has been living in San Diego County for the past 10 years. She earned a Bachelor’s of Science degree in psychology from the University of Houston and a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling from the University of Phoenix.  Donna is certified as both a life coach and a business coach.
