ERIC KAUFMANN, president of Insight Consulting, specializes in enhancing communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills. He is passionate about developing leaders and teams into self-correcting perpetual learners through executive coaching and organizational training.

Eric brings with him fifteen years of successful experience in sales, management, and training for companies such as 3M/Lanier and Corning Clinical Laboratories. His blend of expertise in managing both people and change is the key to his success during business startup, growth, and reorganization.

Eric's education includes a BA in International Business and graduate education in Clinical Psychology. He is an Executive Coach, Certified Professional Management Consultant, Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, as well as a Scuba Diving Instructor. Eric teaches on the faculty of the professional development programs at San Diego State University and Cal State San Marcos. As Southern California Director for the National Bureau of Certified Consultants, he passionately promotes ethical guidelines and client satisfaction in management consulting.

A native of Israel and having lived, worked and studied in Africa, the Middle East and U.S.A., Eric brings an insightful, diverse, and global approach to training and coaching personal and professional growth. Eric's programs are further enriched from his 20 years as a meditation practitioner and teacher, and from regularly practicing Tai Chi.
