SHANNON HOOLIHAN, president of SCH Consulting, Inc., has worked in the training industry since 1992. Shannon has developed learning solutions for customers in the technology, energy, healthcare, financial, manufacturing, government, and education industries. Shannon is a master instructor, teaching a variety of software packages ranging from introduction through advanced levels of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Access.
