SHANNON HOOLIHAN, president of SCH Consulting, Inc., has worked in the training industry since 1992.
Shannon has developed learning solutions for customers in the technology, energy, healthcare,
financial, manufacturing, government, and education industries. Shannon is a master instructor, teaching
a variety of software packages ranging from introduction through advanced levels of the Microsoft
Office Suite, including Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Access.
In Shannon's consulting experience, she has demonstrated expertise in many competencies of the training
industry. She has facilitated client meetings to analyze business needs and develop objectives for
client projects. She has designed courses of instruction and developed courseware to meet each client's
objectives. In addition to written courseware, Shannon has implemented blended solutions using synchronous
and asynchronous technologies. She is especially adept at bringing projects in under budget, on
time, and with a high level of client satisfaction.
